What's inside
Tongkat ali, maca, L-arginine, Panax ginseng and a supporting botanical blend, plus calcium and zinc. Every active appears on the panel with its dose, and every ingredient inside the supporting blend is named. The full label is set out further down this page.
How to take it
Two tablets once a day, 20–30 minutes before a meal, at roughly the same time each day. There is no caffeine and no stimulant, so it sits fine alongside coffee or a pre-workout. Sixty tablets is a 30-day run.

Tongkat ali, maca, L-arginine and Panax ginseng each carry human research in the vitality and stamina space. Botanicals build rather than spike: the studies that report changes generally run eight to twelve weeks, which is why we recommend judging it across a full bottle rather than a first week.†
