Agreement

By browsing this website or placing an order you agree to these terms together with our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy and Refund Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

This website is operated by Contrise Mix LLC, 470 Broadway, PMB 328, Bayonne, NJ 07002, United States. "We", "us" and "Vevorya" refer to that company.

When you place an order you confirm that you are 18 years of age or older.

Orders and acceptance

Placing an order is an offer to buy. A contract forms when we send you a dispatch confirmation, not when you receive an order confirmation.

We may decline or cancel an order — for example where an item is out of stock, where a price or description was published in error, or where we suspect fraud. If we cancel after payment, we refund in full.

Pricing and offers

All prices are in US dollars and exclude sales tax, which is calculated at checkout where applicable. Shipping is free on every order to all of the countries listed in our Shipping Policy.

The figures below are our standard list prices. Promotional discounts may reduce what you pay, so treat them as maximums — you will never be charged more than the price shown for your offer, and your exact total is displayed at checkout before you confirm.

EPIMALE is sold as a one-time purchase. None of the EPIMALE offers rebill.

  • 1 bottle — up to $99 total, up to $99 per bottle
  • 2 bottles — up to $158 total, up to $79 per bottle
  • 3 bottles — up to $207 total, up to $69 per bottle
  • 4 bottles — up to $236 total, up to $59 per bottle
  • 6 bottles — up to $294 total, up to $49 per bottle

ENERMALE is sold on a monthly subscription only — there is no one-time purchase option. Up to $99 today, then the same amount automatically every month until you cancel.

Subscriptions and cancellations

ENERMALE is the only product sold on a recurring basis, and it is available on subscription only. Ninety capsules is a 30-day supply, so each delivery covers the month ahead.

EPIMALE bundles are one-time purchases. Buying an EPIMALE bundle does not enrol you in any subscription and will never rebill you.

Subscribing to ENERMALE authorises Contrise Mix LLC to charge your payment method the price shown today, and the same amount automatically every month, until you cancel. The recurring amount always matches the price you were shown at checkout. We will never change it without telling you in writing first.

There is no minimum term. You may skip a delivery, change its date or cancel entirely at any time before your next billing date.

To cancel or amend, call +1 (551) 417-5612 Monday to Friday, 9am–5pm CST, or email support@vevorya.com. Cancellations take effect immediately for all future billing.

Your statement will show the descriptor vevorya.com. Orders ship within 3–5 business days.

Payment

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover and the digital wallets shown at checkout. Payment is taken at the point of order for the first shipment, and on each monthly anniversary for ENERMALE renewals.

If a renewal payment fails we will retry it and email you. If it cannot be collected, the subscription is paused rather than cancelled, and no product ships until it is settled.

Product information

We work to keep product descriptions, images and ingredient panels accurate and current. Packaging and formulations may change; the label on the product you receive is authoritative.

Colours and packaging may vary slightly from photography.

Health and use

Our products are dietary supplements, not medicines. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. Nothing on this website is medical advice.

Do not use if you are under 18, pregnant or nursing. Consult a qualified healthcare provider before use if you take medication or have a medical condition. EPIMALE contains shellfish (oyster extract).

Acceptable use and intellectual property

You agree not to use this site unlawfully, to attempt to gain unauthorised access to it, to scrape it at scale, or to upload malicious code.

All content on this site — text, photography, logos and design — belongs to Contrise Mix LLC and may not be reproduced without written permission.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

Governing law and contact

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, United States. We may update them from time to time; the version published at the time of your order applies to that order.
