Where we ship

We currently ship to the following 37 countries:

United States orders include all fifty states, Alaska and Hawaii, US territories and APO/FPO/DPO addresses. If your country is not on this list we are not able to ship to you yet — email support@vevorya.com and we will let you know when that changes.

All orders are dispatched from our fulfilment partner in the United States.

Processing times

Orders are picked, packed and dispatched within 3–5 business days. If a delay goes beyond that, we email you rather than leave you guessing.

Delivery estimates and cost

Shipping is free on every order, including subscription renewals. There is no minimum spend and no handling fee, and every parcel is tracked.

Orders are dispatched within 3–5 business days. United States delivery then typically arrives within 3–6 business days. Delivery to the other countries listed above typically takes 7–14 business days, depending on the destination and customs processing.

Orders shipped outside the United States may be subject to import duties, taxes or customs fees levied by the destination country. These are set by your local authorities, are not included in our prices, and are payable by the recipient.

ENERMALE renewals ship on the same schedule from each monthly billing date.

Prices and offers

The figures below are our standard list prices. Promotional discounts may reduce what you pay, so treat them as maximums — you will never be charged more than the price shown for your offer, and your exact total is displayed at checkout before you confirm.

EPIMALE is sold as a one-time purchase. None of the EPIMALE offers rebill.

• 1 bottle — up to $99 total, up to $99 per bottle
• 2 bottles — up to $158 total, up to $79 per bottle
• 3 bottles — up to $207 total, up to $69 per bottle
• 4 bottles — up to $236 total, up to $59 per bottle
• 6 bottles — up to $294 total, up to $49 per bottle

ENERMALE is sold on a monthly subscription only — there is no one-time purchase option. Up to $99 today, then the same amount automatically every month until you cancel. Ninety capsules is a 30-day supply, so each delivery covers the month ahead.

Shipping is free on every order. All prices are in US dollars and exclude sales tax where applicable.

Tracking

A tracking number is emailed as soon as your parcel is scanned by the carrier. Tracking can take up to 24 hours to show its first movement.

If your tracking has not updated for three business days, contact support@vevorya.com and we will open an investigation with the carrier on your behalf.

Wrong address, refused and undeliverable parcels

Please check your shipping address carefully at checkout. If you spot a mistake, email us within two hours and we will correct it before dispatch where possible.

Shipping is free on every order, so there is no shipping charge to deduct: parcels returned to us as undeliverable, refused or unclaimed are refunded in full once the parcel is back with us. We are happy to re-ship at your request instead.

Damaged or missing parcels

If a parcel arrives damaged, photograph the box and the contents before discarding anything and email us within seven days of delivery.

If tracking shows delivered but nothing has arrived, check with neighbours and your building first, then contact us. We will work with the carrier and make it right.
