Return Policy

The 60-night guarantee

Both EPIMALE and ENERMALE are covered. Give the formula a fair run — if it has not earned its place within 60 nights of delivery, contact us and we will refund the purchase price.

For EPIMALE, that is the price you paid for the order. For ENERMALE, which is billed monthly, it is the payments taken in your first 60 nights — up to your first two monthly charges.

The guarantee applies to opened bottles — you do not have to keep them sealed to qualify. It covers one claim per household or billing address.

Cancelling an ENERMALE subscription and claiming the guarantee are separate things. You can cancel at any time before your next billing date, and nothing further is charged either way.

Standard returns

Unopened, unused product in its original packaging may be returned within 30 days of delivery.

Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged, faulty or incorrect, in which case we cover it.

How to start a return

Call +1 (551) 417-5612 Monday to Friday 9am–5pm CST, or email support@vevorya.com with your order number and a short note about the reason. We will reply with a return authorisation number.

Please do not send anything back before you have that authorisation — unauthorised returns can be difficult to match to an order.

Return address

Write your return authorisation number on the outside of the parcel and send it to:

We recommend a trackable service. We cannot refund a parcel that does not reach us.

Subscriptions

ENERMALE is the only product sold on a recurring basis, and it is sold on subscription only — there is no one-time purchase option. EPIMALE bundles are one-time purchases and never rebill.

An ENERMALE subscription can be skipped, rescheduled or cancelled at any time before its next billing date by calling +1 (551) 417-5612 or emailing support@vevorya.com.

Once a renewal has been billed and dispatched it is treated as a normal order under this policy, subject to the 60-night guarantee above.

Non-returnable items

Gift cards, promotional items received free of charge, and any product returned more than 30 days after delivery where the 60-night guarantee has not been claimed cannot be accepted.

Products that have been tampered with, decanted or repackaged cannot be accepted for safety reasons.
