When we refund

We refund an order where the 60-night guarantee is claimed, where an authorised return reaches us in acceptable condition, where an item arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, or where we cancel an order after taking payment.

The 60-night guarantee

Both EPIMALE and ENERMALE are covered. If the formula has not earned its place within 60 nights of delivery, we refund the purchase price — even on opened bottles. One claim per household or billing address.

For EPIMALE, that is the price you paid for the order. For ENERMALE, which is billed monthly, it is the payments taken in your first 60 nights — up to your first two monthly charges.

What is refunded

Refunds cover the product price paid for the returned item. Shipping is free on all our orders, so there is no shipping charge to refund.

Where only part of a multi-bottle offer is returned, the refund is calculated on the per-bottle price of the offer you bought, after any discount applied to that order.

Prices and offers

The figures below are our standard list prices. Promotional discounts may reduce what you pay, so treat them as maximums — you will never be charged more than the price shown for your offer. Refunds are always calculated on the amount you actually paid.

EPIMALE is sold as a one-time purchase. None of the EPIMALE offers rebill.

• 1 bottle — up to $99 total, up to $99 per bottle
• 2 bottles — up to $158 total, up to $79 per bottle
• 3 bottles — up to $207 total, up to $69 per bottle
• 4 bottles — up to $236 total, up to $59 per bottle
• 6 bottles — up to $294 total, up to $49 per bottle

ENERMALE is sold on a monthly subscription only — there is no one-time purchase option. Up to $99 today, then the same amount automatically every month until you cancel.

Shipping is free on every order. All prices are in US dollars and exclude sales tax where applicable.

Timing

Once your return reaches us we inspect and process it within five business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Depending on your bank or card issuer, funds usually appear within 5–10 business days of processing. Your statement descriptor is vevorya.com.

Subscription refunds

This section applies to ENERMALE, which is the only product sold on a recurring basis. EPIMALE bundles are one-time purchases and never rebill.

ENERMALE is covered by the 60-night guarantee set out above: if it has not earned its place within 60 nights of your first delivery, we refund the payments taken in that period — up to your first two monthly charges — even on opened bottles.

Separately from the guarantee: a renewal cancelled before it is billed is never charged, and a renewal already billed but not yet dispatched can be refunded in full — call +1 (551) 417-5612 or email support@vevorya.com as soon as possible.

A renewal that has already shipped is handled under the Return Policy.

Failed or duplicate charges

If you see a duplicate charge or a charge you do not recognise with the descriptor vevorya.com, contact us before raising a dispute. We resolve genuine billing errors immediately.
