What we collect

When you place an order we collect your name, email address, shipping and billing address, phone number where provided, and the details of what you bought. Payment card details are handled by our payment processor and never stored on our systems.

When you sign up to the newsletter or a product waitlist, we collect your email address and the page you signed up from. When you browse, we collect standard analytics data such as pages viewed, approximate location and device type.

How we use it

To process and deliver your order, to provide customer support, to send order and shipping notifications, and — if you have opted in — to send marketing email.

We also use aggregated analytics to understand which pages are useful and which are not. We do not sell your personal information.

Cookies

We use cookies that are strictly necessary for the cart and checkout to function, and analytics cookies that help us understand site usage. Marketing cookies are used only where you have consented.

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Blocking necessary cookies will break the cart.

Sharing

We share data with the service providers required to run the store: our ecommerce platform, payment processor, fulfilment and shipping carriers, and email provider. Each receives only what it needs to perform its function.

You can request a copy of the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email support@vevorya.com and we will respond within 30 days.

You can unsubscribe from marketing email at any time using the link in any message, without affecting order-related notifications.

Depending on where you live, you may also have the right to opt out of the sharing of your personal information for targeted advertising. You can exercise that right on our Your Privacy Choices page, and we honour the Global Privacy Control signal where applicable.

International transfers

We ship to a number of countries outside the United States, and your personal information may be transferred to, stored in and processed in the United States. Where we transfer personal information out of the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom we rely on recognised transfer mechanisms such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.

Retention and security

Order records are retained for as long as required for tax and accounting purposes. Marketing contacts are retained until you unsubscribe.

We use industry-standard safeguards to protect data in transit and at rest. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Children

This site and our products are intended for adults aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.
